UIUX Designer, Insurance, up to 50K
Job description
Job duties
- Collaborate with peer designers, product managers, engineers, business stakeholders and other teams to deliver end-to-end UX and UI experiences
- Initiate design process, from concept development, UI design, prototype to production with guidance from peers and colleagues
- Design user-focused wireframes, hi-fidelity mockups, interaction models, specifications, style guides and prototypes that illustrate a deep understanding of the users needs and business requirements
- Use wireframes, prototypes, style guides, user flows, mocks to communicate interaction and design ideas
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in UX & UI
- Understanding of user experience, information architecture, interaction design and visual design
- Produce information architectures, wireframes, low to high fidelity prototypes, design templates and other creative artefacts
- Proficiency with tools: Sketch, InVision, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and other design/ prototyping tools
- Good knowledge of human-centered design methodologies (re: design thinking)
- A keen eye for design and on top of current UI design, layout frameworks, illustration, and visualization techniques and trends
- Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese
