Trade Marketing Manager (FMCG, up to 40K)

Our client is a leading FMCG company in the consumer goods industry and they are looking for a Trade Marketing Manager to join their team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute retail strategies, including POSMs, product assortment, pricing, promotion, placement, and point-of-purchase materials.
  • Establish compelling pricing and promotion offers to drive shopper engagement.
  • Plan and implement an efficient KPI strategy to drive customer engagement and to ensure budgets are used effectively.
  • Build and nurture strategic relationships with customers to drive sales growth and improve in-store performance.
  • Gain expertise in key accounts' retail environment and shopper behavior.
  • Anticipate and proactively respond to competitive moves.
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to develop strategic channel promotional plans.


  • Degree holder with at least 3 years of experience in trade marketing/ key account management in Modern Trade
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
