We're looking for a Technical Lead to oversee and manage our automation regression testing efforts. What You'll Do:


As our Technical Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. Here's what your day-to-day will look like:

  • Lead and manage the development and execution of automation regression tests using Cucumber and Appium.
  • Design and implement performance tests with JMeter to ensure our products perform seamlessly under pressure.
  • Configure and maintain test environments, including setting up test cases, devices, and profiles.
  • Develop and maintain feature files, step definitions, and element mappings to support automation testing.
  • Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins for efficient and reliable software delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate test automation into the development process.
  • Generate and review detailed test reports to identify areas for improvement and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
  • Communicate effectively with business users, QA teams, and developers to align on testing strategies and solutions.
  • Utilize JIRA to manage stories, test cases, and track test coverage.
  • Support the Senior Digital Program Manager in vendor discussions and ensure deliverables align with business expectations.

What We're Looking for:


To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in software development and test automation.
  • Expertise in automation frameworks like Cucumber and Appium.
  • Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter.
  • Hands-on experience with React Native, iOS, and Java development.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages like JavaScript and TypeScript.
  • Knowledge of configuring and managing test environments, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills for working with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Fluent in Cantonese and English
