Tech Lead - Techinical Delivery (Digital) | Insurance

Job Responsibilities

  • Gather requirement from user, perform system analysis and software design
  • Participate in system design, technology research and development;
  • Lead a team to develop, maintain and support of web applications
  • Lead and support all activities in the Software Development Life Cycle
  • Follow software engineering best practices and proper quality management in all work

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related discipline
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in software delivery with solid programming experience
  • Knowledge of multi-tiered web/mobile application architecture and infrastructure components (High Availability, Load Balancing, DB Connectivity)
  • Basic network and system knowledge is an added advantage
  • Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent
  • Experience in Java/J2EE, WebSphere, Mobile First Platform, Apache, Hibernate, Spring,HTML5/CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery, AngularJS, API, Oracle, Cloud experience, Lambda, EKS, ECS, DynamoDB
  • Knowledge of mobile application development, container solution, DevSecOps will be an advantage
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Good Interpersonal skill
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
