Job Descriptions

• Support Investment Banking team including MD and a team of bankers
• Provide secretrial support to including scheduling meeting, travel arrangement and conference calls etc.
• Communicate with both internal and external in a corporate and professional manner
• Handle team's expense reports

Qualification and Experience

• Degree holder
• 3-5 years relevant experience
• Experience in supporting IBD team/division is a must
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese (either Mandarin or Cantonese)
• Outgoing and with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Organized, independent, customer-oriented and able to work under pressure
