Talent and Organsization Development Manager

Job Summary:

The Talent and Organization Development Manager will lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, performance, and organizational effectiveness. This role focuses on designing and implementing programs that foster talent development, support career progression, and strengthen organizational culture.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement training and development programs to meet the needs of employees at all levels.
  • Identify skill gaps and create targeted development plans to enhance employee capabilities.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to assess talent needs and develop succession plans.
  • Drive initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
  • Facilitate change management processes to support organizational goals.
  • Conduct organizational assessments and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Oversee the performance management process, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers in conducting performance evaluations and feedback sessions.
  • Develop strategies to recognize and reward high performance.
  • Promote a positive organizational culture that aligns with the company's values and mission.
  • Implement employee engagement surveys and analyze results to develop action plans.
  • Lead initiatives that foster diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to align talent and organizational development strategies with business objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to promote programs and initiatives.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development or a relate field
  • 6 of experience in talent development, organizational development, or related HR functions.
  • Strong knowledge of learning and development methodologies, performance management, and change management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships.
  • Proven ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
