Talent Acquisition Officer

Job description

Responsibilities

  • Draft employment offer letters, coordinate pre‑employment screening, and deliver onboarding briefings for new hires
  • Manage job postings and maintain accurate candidate records within the recruitment system
  • Liaise with candidates to schedule assessments and interviews
  • Analyze recruitment data to evaluate the performance of various job boards
  • Respond to general enquiries from internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide administrative support to the team and assist with ad‑hoc tasks as required

Requirements

  • University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related discipline; both fresh graduates and experienced candidates are welcome
  • Prior relevant work experience is an advantage
  • Strong customer‑focused mindset with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Proactive learner with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Team‑oriented with the ability to perform well under pressure
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese; capable in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrates a strong sense of ownership and service mindset to deliver a positive recruitment experience
