Solution Architect - Financial Services - Hong Kong

A tier one global financial services firm is looking for a solution architect to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for architectural designs, issues and solutions to support required hardware and software architecture; analyze system requirements, design, and review new systems, drive change and integration projects to incorporate new component.
• Define desired platform, analyze, design, and implement new technologies as required by evolving user need
• Design and maintain complex component architectures. Assist with design of application architecture
• Design templates and complex solution components for software and platform engineers to use
• Troubleshoot mis-specified component architectures and rapidly correct them

Requirements:

*We are open to candidates from non FS background*

• System architectural design experience in relation to enterprise applications
• Strong technical knowledge of: java/javascript, spring, microservices
• Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes Container Orchestration is a plus
• Understanding of Agile methodologies
