Software Engineer, Banking, 50 - 60K

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications, adhering to coding standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-structured code that is scalable and maintainable.
• Conduct unit testing and debugging to ensure application functionality and performance.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, and propose innovative ideas to enhance application development processes.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong experience in Java development, including Java EE or Spring frameworks.
• Proficiency in object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
