Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SIT (System Integration Testing) Test Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payment projects and a deep understanding of ISO 20022 standards. As a SIT Test Lead, you will be responsible for leading the testing efforts to ensure the successful integration and functionality of our payment systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the SIT testing team, providing guidance and support.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for payment projects.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 20022 standards throughout the testing process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve integration issues.
• Monitor and report on testing progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Mentor and train junior testers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a SIT Test Lead, preferably in payment projects.
• In-depth knowledge of ISO 20022 standards and their application in payment systems.
• Strong understanding of system integration testing methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
• Knowledge of other payment standards and protocols.
• Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB).
