Service Desk Support - IT - Luxury Brand

Job description

Responsibilities :

  • Technical Support for Desktop PCs - both Software and Hardware
  • Perform IT helpdesk frontline support (On-site, Phone, E-Mail, etc)
  • The primary responsibility is to support needs via telephone and email and give initial support to users
  • Manage and maintain user accounts and permissions.
  • Maintain and control the inventory records of IT assets.
  • Assist Ad-hoc project assign by supervisor

Requirements :

  • Diploma or above in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years' of solid working experience in an IT system administrator role or any IT assistant
  • Good knowledge on computer hardware, systems and software applications
  • Good Command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Solid experience in Win 10, MS Office, O365, Workspace One, Intune solutions. Experience in IT security is an advantage
