Senior UX/UI Designer - Retail

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design process from concept to execution.
• Define and maintain design systems and UI guidelines that reflect luxury standards.
• Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of design excellence.

• Lead user research initiatives to uncover insights and inform design decisions.
• Develop user personas, journey maps, and interaction flows tailored to luxury consumers.
• Optimize digital experiences for engagement, conversion, and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design
• Proven experience designing for luxury, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
• Mastery of design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating elegant, user-centered design across platforms.
• Deep understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and mobile-first principles.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Attributes

• Passion for luxury aesthetics and high-end customer experiences.
• Familiarity with motion design, micro-interactions, and emerging design trends.
• Bilingual proficiency (e.g., English and Cantonese/Mandarin) is a plus.
