About the Role

Our MNC client is seeking a highly skilled and all-rounded Senior UI/UX Designer to join their dynamic digital product team. You'll be responsible for creating world-class digital experiences, with a strong focus on mobile app design. If you're passionate about user-centered design and have a portfolio that showcases both your UX thinking and UI craft, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for digital products, especially mobile applications.
  • Apply best practices in design hygiene to ensure clean, scalable, and maintainable design systems.
  • Conduct and lead design validation activities, including user testing and A/B testing, to ensure high-quality digital experiences.
  • Analyze exceptional cases and edge scenarios to ensure robust, user-friendly solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver seamless digital experiences.
  • Document and communicate research findings, design decisions, and user insights to the broader team.
  • Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Must-Have Requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience in UI & UX design with a strong focus on digital products, particularly mobile apps.
  • Proven track record demonstrated in your portfolio, including:
    • Comprehensive user flows
    • Wireframes and prototypes
    • Exceptional case handling
    • Design hygiene and adherence to best practices
    • Visual presentation and organization
    • Clear narrative progression
    • In-depth research analysis and documentation
  • Hands-on experience with design validation (user testing, A/B testing).
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to articulate design rationale effectively.
  • Cantonese speaking is a must
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.

Portfolio Requirement

Your portfolio must include both UI and UX work, demonstrating:

  • Strong visual presentation and organizational skills
  • Clear narrative progression through the design process
  • Thorough research analysis and documentation
