Our client is a start-up firm in an ever-changing Fintech environment. As part of their growth, they're currently looking for an Operational function lead based in Hong Kong as Senior Manager.

As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for effective and efficient daily operations for the business. You will be the key point of contact for any issues related to operational workflows, as well as conduct risk and control for the whole lifecycle on a regular basis. You will also ensure continuous improvements in terms of processes and manage different expectations from various stakeholders across the business. You must be dynamic, can get your hands dirty, and open to a fast pace environment.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

• Tertiary degree
• Minimum 8 years' experience in Trade Support or Operations within investment banking, hedge fund or brokerage sectors
• Prime Brokerage or Delta-1 products exposure would be highly sought after
• Strong analytical and problem solving mindset with keen attention to detail
• Knowledge in Fintech industry would be desirable
• Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese or Mandarin a plus
• Expertise on Excel, VBA and Python programming
• Must be based in Hong Kong
