Senior Technical Project Manager - APAC

Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Project Management: Drive planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Technical Leadership: Collaborate with technical teams on backend integration projects, ensuring seamless connectivity across systems.
  • POS Expertise: Leverage prior experience with POS systems to guide implementation and integration efforts.
  • Vendor Management: Lead and coordinate resources from multiple vendors, ensuring alignment and accountability.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary liaison between business units, technical teams, and external partners.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks early and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.


Requirements

  • Proven PM Experience: 5+ years of project management experience in enterprise environments.
  • Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of backend systems, APIs, and integration workflows.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to manage cross-functional teams and vendor resources effectively.
  • Tools & Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile, Jira, Confluence, and standard PM frameworks.
  • Communication: Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills.
