Senior / Human Resources Manager (Policy and Operation)

Job description


Reporting to: Head of Rewards


Responsibilities:

  1. Assist supervisors in handling assignments related to analysis, reporting, and various HR disciplines, including Compensation and Benefits, HR programs, risk management, compliance, and HR information systems.
  2. Develop and draft HR policies, procedures, and various human resources reports in alignment with company requirements.
  3. Regularly review and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  4. Participate in ad-hoc HR initiatives and projects, collaborating with offices and business units in Mainland China and other overseas countries.
  5. Manage various tasks assigned by supervisors.


Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
  2. Minimum 8 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or Generalist in a sizable organization in Hong Kong.
  3. Chinese writing skills is a must.
  4. Familiarity with relevant policies, regulations, and work processes related to state-owned enterprises.
  5. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
  6. Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua), English, MS Office, and Chinese Word Processing.
  7. Excellent presentation skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
