Senior/ HR Officer (One year contract, Central)

Job description

  • All rounded Human Resources functions
  • Knowledge with experience in SAP is a plus
  • Immediate availability is preferred


  • Responsible for all rounded Human Resources cycle including but not limited to onboarding, movement, offboarding, personnel file management, insurance plan, housing rental reimbursement, etc.
  • Maintain timely and accurate employee data and profile
  • Participate in ad-hoc HR projects as assigned


  • Degree holder in any discipline, preferably in Human Resources Management or business administration
  • 3+ years relevant working experience in HR operations from sizable companies
  • Familiar with HK Labour Ordinance
  • HR System knowledge with experience in SAP is a plus
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Immediate available is preferable
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as HR Officer
