Senior Recruiter - Private Banking

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and recruitment partners to drive and support all talent sourcing activities.
  • Own the end‑to‑end delivery of qualified talent pipelines for assigned roles.
  • Develop, maintain, and expand a strong network of candidates across key specialties and target markets.
  • Lead the collection and analysis of high‑quality market intelligence, including competitor structures, role scopes, compensation and benefits benchmarks, and broader market trends.
  • Work in partnership with the internal Executive Search team to align sourcing strategies and ensure seamless execution.
  • Conduct thorough screening and engage proactively with prospective candidates, ensuring all interactions meet company standards and comply with regulatory expectations.
  • Achieve performance targets while continuously identifying opportunities to enhance quality, speed, and cost‑efficiency in Executive & Specialist hiring.
  • Share insights and feedback with stakeholders on talent availability and trends across the EMEA region.
  • Ensure adherence to recruitment policies, procedures, and best‑practice sourcing methodologies throughout the hiring process.
  • Contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives and projects that enhance the recruiting function.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in direct sourcing, whether in an in‑house talent team, RPO environment, or recruitment agency.
  • Prior experience sourcing talent within the Private Banking sector is essential.
  • Deep expertise in sourcing strategies and market best practices, with the ability to consistently identify and attract both active and passive candidates at various seniority levels.
  • Strong command of modern sourcing tools and techniques, including social media sourcing, Boolean search, and x‑ray search methods.
  • Solid understanding of a wide range of candidate attraction channels.
  • Ability to build credibility quickly with both candidates and business leaders, effectively influencing outcomes.
  • Recognized subject matter expert with established networks for market insights, referrals, and talent pipelining.
  • Demonstrated capability to manage complex sourcing or research projects.
  • Experience guiding candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle.
  • Track record of taking full ownership and responsibility for deliverables.
