(Senior) Quality Assurance Engineer (Automation / Manual)

Responsibilities

• Assist manager to define funtional and non-funtional test strategy during development test phases
• Design complicated business scenarios base on business requirements to ensure comprehensive test design and test automation coverage in different levels (API/UI)
• Provide technical direction and mentoring to the test design and offshore test automation engineers
• Accountable to the overall test design and BDD test design framework and focused on solving complex business requirements analysis in functional and non-functional aspect
• Work closely with different counterparts, e.g. Business users, Project teams, DevOps, Test teams (SIT/SAT/UAT/OAT) and development teams to define effective team collaboration process

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in IT, Computer Science or related Engineering discipline
• 5+ years of experience in system testing experience, more experienced candidates will be consiered as manager grade
• Knowledge in programming/scripting languages or writing SQL/DB stored procedures
• Experience in design or implementing Test Design Framework with knowledge in BDD test framework, Jenkin, Jira.
• Rich experience in test design experience for complicated functional and non-functional systems integrated environments
• Experience with different test design framework e.g. BDD test framework
• Familiarity with web technologies, CI/CD and integration tools
• Candidates with less experience in Automation Testing will be considered as well for Manual Testing opportunities
