Senior Project Manager- Insurance, Operational Resilience

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the full project lifecycle, from planning to execution and closure.
• Develop and maintain the overall project timeline, milestones, and deliverables.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Organize and facilitate regular project meetings, including stakeholder updates and executive reporting.
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
• Ensure compliance with OSFI E-21 guidelines and other relevant regulatory frameworks.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of project management experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
• Proven track record in managing complex, cross-functional projects.
• Strong understanding of business continuity and operational resilience.
• Experience working with various insurance operations such as:
• Underwriting
• Distribution
• Product Development
• Pricing
• Familiarity with OSFI E-21 or similar operational risk guidelines.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills in both Cantonese and English.
