My client is one of Hong Kong largest utility / energy provider. Looking to support their corporate services procurement, they are now in search of a Senior Procurement Specialist.

Reporting to the Procurement Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Manage and support the procurement process within the corporate services categories including but not limited to hardware, facilities management, cleaning, security, disposal, vehicles
• Execute on procurement strategies including research, bid/proposal evaluation, negotiation and regular reviews
• Conduct regular sourcing and reviewing activities to maintain a healthy pipeline of suppliers
• Maintain a transparent and effective supplier database with efficient and accurate documentation
• Ensure suppliers and procurement process align with company policy and compliance

To qualify, one must possess:

• Degree holder with at least 4 years of procurement experience
• Hands on experience on sourcing and contracting
• Strong experience on managing and communicating with suppliers, vendors or service providers
• Detail minded, proactive with strong communication skills
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
