Senior Operation and Business Manager

Job description


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies and initiatives to drive business growth, efficiency, and profitability.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of all business processes and departments.
  • Providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define business goals, objectives, and performance targets, and develop strategies to meet them.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and resource allocation to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, encouraging team members to contribute ideas and implement changes that drive operational excellence.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including vendors, suppliers, and partners, to ensure seamless business operations and supply chain management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business initiatives, facilitate effective communication, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes, and proactively adapt operational strategies as needed.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, providing updates on operational performance, initiatives, and recommendations.
    Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Master's degree is preferred.
  • Proven experience in operations management, with a minimum of 6 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Collect and analyze market data to provide valuable insights in assisting management's strategic decision-making
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of operational processes, supply chain management, and financial principles.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute operational strategies that drive business growth and efficiency.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset and the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
