Senior Officer, Secured Lending Product, Banking

Our client is a well-established banking group with diversified businesses in Wealth Management, Retail, Corporate, and Private Banking. As their business continues to expand, an excellent opportunity has arisen for a high-calibre product management candidate to join their secured lending team in their retail banking business.

Reporting to the Team Head, you will be helping to drive new initiatives and assist in product development and enhancement to meet business objectives. You will help develop and plan marketing strategies for the secured lending business. You will be staying up-to-date on campaign performances and market trends, as well as help analyze customer behaviour to drive business growth. You will also work closely with other departments to help streamline processes.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

• Bachelor's degree or above in related disciplines
• 1-2 years of working experience in product management/product marketing in the retail banking industry; preference will be given to candidates with experience in secured lending/mortgage product
• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent command in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Less experienced candidates will be considered as Officer
• Fresh graduates with banking internship experience are welcome
