Senior Officer, Product Development

Your Role:

• Collaborate with Leadership: Work alongside the department head to design and refine a diverse array of general insurance products (both medical and non-medical) for various distribution channels, including agency, direct sales, agents & brokers, and bancassurance.
• Lead Product Development: Manage the entire product lifecycle, from conception to implementation and approval, coordinating with teams in actuarial, operations, legal, compliance, distribution, marketing, finance, and IT to deliver innovative, high-quality products that meet the company's objectives.
• Prepare Key Documents: Create presentation decks, product specifications, approval documents, implementation schedules, policy provisions, launch packs, and conduct pre/post-launch evaluations and risk assessments.
• Facilitate Launch Activities: Oversee the delivery of product materials, training tools, and briefings to ensure a successful product launch.
• Conduct Market Research: Perform regular market research and competitive analysis to maintain a competitive edge in the industry.

Your Qualifications:

• A degree in Actuarial Science, Business Administration, or related fields.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in general insurance product development, with a preference for candidates with health product experience.
• Strong knowledge of general insurance products and a proven track record in product development.
