Senior Officer, Facilities Management
Job description
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of office renovation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints.
- Quickly address and resolve any issues or emergencies related to office facilities.
- Evaluate the viability of office relocations, expansions, and layout changes, focusing on space planning, cost analysis, and risk management.
- Oversee the logistics of office relocations to ensure minimal impact on business operations.
- Conduct regular inspections and safety audits of sites, ensuring all necessary documentation and permits are maintained.
- Identify, assess, and nurture relationships with service providers.
- Support the development of the annual facilities budget and track expenditures to ensure financial efficiency.
- Collaborate with the headquarters in Mainland China to ensure alignment on operational standards, reporting protocols, and approval processes.
Requirements:
- Master or bachelor's degree
- Proven experience in project management, facility management, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese (Both Cantonese and Mandarin) is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage projects.
- Proactive and hands-on approach to managing facilities and resolving issues.
