Senior Officer, Facilities Management

Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all aspects of office renovation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints.
  • Quickly address and resolve any issues or emergencies related to office facilities.
  • Evaluate the viability of office relocations, expansions, and layout changes, focusing on space planning, cost analysis, and risk management.
  • Oversee the logistics of office relocations to ensure minimal impact on business operations.
  • Conduct regular inspections and safety audits of sites, ensuring all necessary documentation and permits are maintained.
  • Identify, assess, and nurture relationships with service providers.
  • Support the development of the annual facilities budget and track expenditures to ensure financial efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the headquarters in Mainland China to ensure alignment on operational standards, reporting protocols, and approval processes.

Requirements:

  • Master or bachelor's degree
  • Proven experience in project management, facility management, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese (Both Cantonese and Mandarin) is mandatory.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage projects.
  • Proactive and hands-on approach to managing facilities and resolving issues.
