Senior Manager, Sales Management, Retail Banking

Job description

Our client is a well-established banking group with diversified businesses in Retail, Corporate and Private banking. With their continuous growth, an excellent opportunity has arisen for a high-calibre sales channel management professional to join their retail lending business.

Reporting to the business head, you will be an experienced member of the sales channel management team to formulate sales channels strategies, plan and implement various business initiatives and marketing promotions to drive lending product penetration for targeted segments. You will manage all sales channels including branch, telemarketing, direct sales, business partnerships and drive marketing and incentives programs to enhance their sales performance. You will work with various internal stakeholders to ensure the best competitive products are marketed to relevant customers and provide excellent client experience within the bank. You will ensure the sales activities and processes are in compliance with bank's policies and regulations.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

  • University degree in related disciplines
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in channel management/ sales management/ distribution/ product management for retail banking or other financial institutions
  • Sound knowledge of lending product, including mortgage, credit card and personal loan will be an advantage
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with sales experience will be a plus
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in both English, Cantonese and Mandarin
