Senior Manager, Operations Project (Urgent hiring)

Our client is a well-established Chinese retail bank with strong business presence. With continuous company growth, an exciting opportunity is created in the Operation team and they are now looking for a Senior Manager to join the team for managing the operations project.

Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will be acted as a business partner to other departments for all the projects related to the operations department such as system implementation, and system enhancement to ensure the efficiency and the effectiveness of implementation. You will be expected to participate in the project planning , development and user requirements stages on behalf of the operations team. In addition, you will be required to monitor the the business or project processes to ensure the internal control in compliant with regualtory requirements and identify any deficiency or improvements in order to minimise the internal and external risks. As a Senior Manager ,you will also need to establish the criteria for evaluating or measuring the project performance to ensure the project effieincy.

To qualify, individual must possess:

• University degree holder in Accounting or equivalent disciplines
• Minimum 10 years of operations experience gained in banking with solid project exposure
• Sound knowledge of regulatory standards
• A good team player, and problem solver with positive attitude
• Able to work under high pressure
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
