Inventory Management

Vendor Relations

Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Office Management, Procurement, or Facility Management.
- Working experience in NGO / Public Sector
- Proven supervisory experience with strong people management skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Friendly and positive demeanor, fostering a welcoming office atmosphere.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Proficient in office management software and tools.
