Senior Investment Analyst - Property

The Client:

A well-established real estate investment and management company with a strong global portfolio in commercial real estate. Over the years they have grown to become one of the top leading players within their specific commercial real estate sector. To cope with their rapidly expanding business they are now looking for a senior investment analyst to join their team.

Responsibilities

• In charge of financial forecast, portfolio performance reporting to senior management
• Financial modelling and research potential investments and provide analytics on economic outlook and conditions
• Assist in preparation of presentations, approval and manage transaction process of the business
• Budgeting, forecasting and investor reports alongside commentaries
• Manage internal and external stakeholder enquiries on finances and investments
• Ad hoc projects and duties

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, or business-related fields
• 3-8 years of relevant experience in an advisory firm or in house real estate investment position
• Strong interpersonal skills and experience in facing internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent project management skills, financial modelling
• Proficient with Excel with analytical mindset
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is required
