Senior HR Officer / Assistant Manager

About the role:

Our client is seeking Senior HR Officer / Assistant Manager to join their team. This is an all-rounded HR role and the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving HR initiatives and supporting the company's growth and employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees
  • Manage and administer C&B programs, ensuring competitive and equitable compensation structures
  • Support employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks
  • Develop and implement engagement strategies to foster a positive and productive work environment
  • Organize and facilitate employee engagement activities and events
  • Handle employee relations issues and provide conflict resolution support
  • Ensure compliance with Hong Kong labour laws and regulations
  • Maintain accurate HR records and prepare HR reports as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with experience as a HR generalist or experience in various specialties
  • Strong understanding of Hong Kong labour laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Fluency in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus
