Senior HR Officer | MNC fashion brand

Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage HR duties: talent acquisition, training and development, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.
  • Act as HR Business Partner for specific business units.
  • Plan and organize talent development programs.
  • Administer payroll, insurance, and benefits.
  • Oversee onboarding and exit procedures.
  • Enhance employee engagement through relations functions.
  • Organize staff activities and events.
  • Prepare HR reports and presentations for management.
  • Support global HR initiatives and projects.
  • Assist with other HR tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in HR Management or related fields.
  • Minimum 8 years of HR experience, ideally in a multinational or sizable company.
  • Strong knowledge of HK Labor Law and related regulations.
  • Excellent time management, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Outgoing, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Proficient in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua).
  • Skilled in MS Office/Excel/PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing.
