Senior HR Executive (Renewable Contract, Luxury Retail)

Job description

  • APAC Exposure, Luxury Fashion Brand
  • All rounded Human Resources operation/TA focused
  • Immediately available is highly preferred


  • Handle day-to-day HR matters in full spectrum, including recruitment & payroll administration, employee performance and employee relation.
  • Responsible the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective job descriptions and candidate profiles.
  • Continuously review and enhance recruitment process to increase recruitment efficiency
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Human Resources function , preferably within Retail or Luxury brands.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
