Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and improve HR and admin functions across regions
- Lead APAC HR team to ensure smooth operations and consistency
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with business needs

- Build strong stakeholder relationships and maintain effective communication
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 10+ years HR experience, preferably in fashion or retail
- Skilled in strategic HR support for senior leadership
- Strong communicator and team leader with interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of employment laws and APAC HR practices
- Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus
