Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and improve HR and admin functions across regions
  • Lead APAC HR team to ensure smooth operations and consistency
  • Develop and implement HR policies aligned with business needs
  • Manage employee lifecycle: onboarding, transfers, grievances, disciplinary actions
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and maintain effective communication

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • 10+ years HR experience, preferably in fashion or retail
  • Skilled in strategic HR support for senior leadership
  • Strong communicator and team leader with interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of employment laws and APAC HR practices
  • Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus
