Senior FP&A Manager, SAP Project (3 months), Start ASAP!

Responsibilities

70% FP&A Business Partnering

• Business partner with key internal and external stakeholders
• Providing high standards and valuable business support to the operational teams
• Introducing the best financial solutions that ensures a competitive and robust financial environment, where financial and operational risks are effective and adequately handled.
• Handle annual strategic planning and budgeting processes.

30% SAP roll-out project

• Evaluate, design and implement business process re-engineering that strive for efficiency and effectiveness to support financial reporting
• Lead to analyze, design, carry out testing and training in various systems enhancement, development and implementation
• Monitor, coordinate and work with developers and external consultants on systems development and enhancements tasks
• Lead and coach teammates to carry out the SAP tasks as required

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years in FP&A in MNC
• Experience from retail/licensing business/sourcing is ideal
• Solid SAP implementation experience
• Fluent in English and Chinese with strong communication
• Immediately Available is a must
