Senior Financial Analyst - fashion retail

Our client is an expanding fashion retail brand with strong presence worldwide.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive variance analysis between actual results and budgets/forecasts, providing actionable insights to management
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting and Annual Operation Plan (AOP) development of SEA regions
• Prepare monthly reports and analyze monthly operating results, and support in preparing management review presentation materials
• Drive process improvements by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, enhance reporting accuracy, and implement automation tools
• Performing additional ad hoc duties as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline
• CPA / CFA qualification is preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial planning & analysis and regional function
• Retail and Southeast Asia market background are highly preferred
• Strong analytical and communication skills, able to work with stakeholders and local finance teams
• Detailed oriented, self-motivated and drive for excellency
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
