Senior Finance Manager - Finance, HR, Admin

The company:

Our client, a sourcing company, is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to oversee the overall finance functions and manage HR and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in finance management, with experience in HR and administrative operations, and a strong background in partnering with the business team.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the overall finance functions, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Manage HR and administrative operations, provide analytical insights on deals and maintain client relationships.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.
  • Assist in the formulation of business proposals and work with the team.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, taxation at a local level.
  • Work with external consultants on tax, legal matters.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the finance, HR and admin teams, in charge of hiring processes.
  • Other projects assigned by the management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in finance management with additional experience in HR and admin operations.
  • Strong background working with business teams, acting as a partner and helping to form proposals.
  • Previous experience in a smaller firm with a diverse role would be an added advantage.
  • Ability to manage a small team with different specialty backgrounds.
  • Fluency in English, Chinese (Cantonese) is required.
