Senior Finance Manager

The Company

Our client is a luxury retail company.

Responsibility

• Oversees finance operation for APAC, Includes HK, MO, SG, MY, TH, KR & VN
• Coordinate with Head Quarter for all the statutory and consolidated reporting
• Lead a team of 6 and ensure accurate, timely and high quality of financial information for monthly, quarterly and yearly closing.
• Improve and streamline operation process to drive efficiency
• Ensure business control is in place in both retail and wholesale business
• Develop the financial plan, cash flow forecast and cash management policies and
• Liaise with Banks for the operational and funding activities
• Perform all the hedging activities in order to minimize the exchange rate risks
• Liaise with auditor on System, Statutory and Turnover issues
• Manage annual tax reporting and filing and clearance of queries from tax authorities.
• Review rent agreements and commercial term and provide suggestions beneficial to business
• Coordinate with consultants and local authorities regarding transfer prices and all fiscal policies
• Ensure the company is appropriately insured against all relevant risks

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related major, with CPA qualifications
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, minimum 1 years of supervisory level experience
• Experience in retail / FMCG and sizable MNCs would be highly preferred.
