Senior Digital Project Manager, Insurance, 70 -80k

Job duties

• Drive strategic digital project to improve customer experience, engagement and bring added value in customer-centric and multi-channel distribution mind-set

• Coordinate with various stakeholders and content owners to work with Group Digital Platform for corporate website revamp and deliver Project Wise on schedule
• Leverage CDP platform for data enrichment for sales enhancement
• Ensure corporate website to link with company owned digital assets and facilities which are up and running in a good shape for day to day operation
• Liaise with various levels of management and content owners for implementing Project Wise strategic change aligned with the firm wise digital strategic goals

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Business Intelligence or related field required
• Experience in a business intelligence role
• Experience in a supervisory capacity, preferably within business intelligence or data analysis
• Ability to understand and find appropriate applications for data and analysis results
• Core business strategy skills including strategy definition, roadmap development, budget planning and success measurement
• Successful track record of helping develop, present and execute strategic digital projects
• Strong analytical skill, data-obsessed and experienced with E-Commerce related data
