Senior Digital BA

Job description

Responsibilities

  • Act as a key liaison between business and IT teams, ensuring alignment on requirements and project goals.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements; create user stories and test cases.
  • Lead workshops and facilitate discussions with regional/local stakeholders and global teams.
  • Drive project timelines, manage delivery plans, and coordinate UAT activities.
  • Support CRM and retail-related digital transformation projects.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to senior stakeholders; ensure clear communication of progress and risks.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure successful implementation and system enhancements.

Requirements

  • Experience: 6-12 years as a Business Analyst in digital/IT projects.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, including proficiency in PowerPoint.
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders across regions and drive alignment with global teams.
  • Solid BA skillset: user stories, UAT, test case preparation, and workshop facilitation.
  • Background in consulting or vendor environment is essential.
  • Ability to take ownership and drive initiatives as both BA and PM, including timeline planning and delivery.
  • Retail project experience preferred; CRM experience is a plus.
  • Fluent in English; comfortable with frequent communication with headquarters.
