Senior Data Scientist - AI & Innovation

This role will focus on below:

Lead the Bank's innovation efforts in data science and advanced analytics to drive business value.
Develop and implement machine learning solutions using structured and unstructured data (e.g., digital footprint, voice, images).
Integrate internal and external data for a comprehensive customer view and identify system/process enhancements for scalable analytics applications.
Promote a data-driven culture by mentoring analysts and embedding continuous learning practices.

Requirements

Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Data Management, Statistics, or related field
8+ years in data science within Financial Services
Strong expertise in AI/ML techniques and business applications
Proficient in Python, SAS, and NLP/web crawling
Skilled in translating analytics into business strategies
Customer-focused with a growth mindset
Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua
