Senior Data Analyst - (Finance Data, Power BI, VBA)

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze regional finance data, liquidity structures, and banking operations to identify risks and recommend optimization strategies.
• Support financing activities, including internal/external loan tracking and bank guarantee deployment.
• Monitor treasury system access and ensure compliance with internal policies and controls.
• Prepare and automate reports related to customer payments and fraud risk, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Review suspicious transactions and support dispute resolution processes.
• Evaluate new payment solutions and tools, contributing to business case assessments and implementation planning.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maintain service levels and resolve escalations.
• Document operational guidelines and support training initiatives related to payment fraud prevention.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in finance operations, preferably in retail or e-commerce environments.
• Strong understanding of cash management, payment systems, and fraud risk in regional markets.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of VBA, RPA, or Power BI is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese
