Senior Corporate Affairs Executive

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with supervisors to plan and develop public education and community programs focused on promoting energy-saving and power expertise
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including community partners, contractors, and suppliers, to successfully organize and execute programs and projects
• Support the implementation of corporate events and initiatives driven by CLP Power to enhance the company's reputation and brand image
• Create effective communication plans and materials, such as press releases, speeches, and fact sheets, to promote public education, community programs, and corporate events
• Provide assistance in budget management, record keeping, and the preparation of reports to ensure smooth operation of the programs
• Update and maintain online information related to the programs and projects for easy access and dissemination of relevant information
• Offer cross-team support and willingly undertake additional tasks as needed to contribute to the overall success of the team and organization

Requirements:

• Possess a recognized Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of professional experience, preferably in the field of communications with a background in media and corporate environments
• Demonstrated participation in youth programs or relevant projects focused on engaging with the young community
• Strong in planning and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively multitask
• Familiarity with social media and digital communications is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Willingness to take on additional responsibilities and work outside regular office hours at different event venues as required.
• Proficient in using MS Office applications in both Chinese and English languages.
