They are looking for a skilled Senior Business Analyst to drive process transformation and digital workflow design across the organisation. Key Responsibilities
- Design future‑state processes and workflows that integrate people, systems and data
- Translate complex operational issues into clear logic, requirements and solution options
- Ensure process designs are scalable and aligned with long‑term transformation goals
- Align cross‑functional stakeholders and support decision-making on ambiguous topics
- Lead discussions and workshops to build clarity and consensus
- Partner with Digital/IT teams to integrate automation, data flows and decision logic
- Identify opportunities to simplify workflows and reduce manual work
- Analyse bottlenecks, system gaps and structural issues to provide data‑driven recommendations
- Break down complex problems and communicate insights with clarity
- Support change adoption and help teams transition to new ways of working
- Build strong relationships across functions as a trusted transformation partner
Requirements- Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business or a related field
- 5- 8 years in Business Analysis, Product Ownership, Process Design or Transformation
- Proven experience designing future‑state processes or operating models
- Strong skills in process mapping, optimisation and agile practices
- Experience with digital workflows, automation or decision-support tools
- Clear, structured communicator able to influence senior stakeholders
- Works independently with strong ownership and a proactive mindset
- Familiar with Agile metholodogy
- Fluent in spoken Cantonese and English
