Headquartered in Europe, our client is an international fast-expanding company famous for designing and implementing loyalty programs for the retail business. The company has a strong business presence in the European market with rapid business growth in APAC. The company is hiring a Senior Account & Project Manager based in HK to build a long-term and sustainable relationship with leading retail clients.

You will act as the key point of contact for clients and an integral part of building your clients' success by delivering innovative tactical loyalty solutions. As a Senior Account & Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Act as the Project Owner and gatekeeper on the project timeline
  • Partner with key internal and external stakeholders to support the development of sales pitches and offer clients customized solutions with a consumer-first approach
  • Act as the Project Manager to manage end-to-end loyalty program projects
  • Manage the program preparation work, projections, analysis, forecasting, marketing, communication materials etc.
  • Obtain program data and make appropriate adjustments to enhance program effectiveness and shopper experience
  • Accountable for reporting, status updates and supporting clients throughout the program
  • Follow through with the client on program review and closing the program, including the payments schedule

To qualify, individuals must possess:

  • Degree and have 8+ years of commercial experience in retail or consumer products industries, ideally with experience in the FMCG sector
  • Excellent Account and Project management skills with a can-do attitude and the ability to influence project counterparts
  • Number-centric, detail-oriented and able to interpret commercial insights with support from retail analyst
  • Able to provide practical and creative solutions with a consultative mindset and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence across multiple levels of an organization
  • Solid business acumen with the ability to analyze and tackle business problems with a commercial approach
  • Excellent command of written & spoken English and Cantonese required
