Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct business support to top management in a fast-paced, high-standard environment
  • Work closely with the existing secretary and coordinate with other personal assistants and administrative staff
  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange business travel logistics
  • Handle sensitive and confidential documents and communications with discretion
  • Serve as a liaison between the executive office and internal departments, as well as external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field
  • 8-10 years of experience supporting C-suite executives
  • Prior experience working in a property group or real estate company is highly preferred
  • Smart, humble, detail-oriented, and easy-going personality
  • Flexible and able to follow instructions
