Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and meetings.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and correspondence.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications professionally.
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure records are up to date.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and expense reports.
  • Support the team with general administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a secretarial or administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
