Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide full secretarial support and assistance to executive members
  • Perform daily tasks such as managing calendars, preparing presentations and travel arrangement
  • Coordinate with different stakeholders for meetings. Appointments & activities
  • Work with the admin team to ensure a smooth operation for entire team

Job Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above with a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant working experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skill with a professional and diligent manner.
  • Highly organized and confident performing in a large organization with many stakeholders
  • Excellent proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Good proficiency of written and spoken
