Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to the team.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and correspondence.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external clients professionally.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications efficiently.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and meeting materials.
  • Support event planning and coordination when needed.
  • Monitor office supplies and handle procurement requests.
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information and documents.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years' experience in a secretarial role.
  • Fluent in Japanese, English, and Cantonese-both written and spoken.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other business software.
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and resilient.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Professional appearance and communication skills.
