Secretary, good English, site project experience

Our client is a well known energy and technology company. They are looking for an outgoing and cheerful secretary with positive attitude to support the expat team. This is a one year renewable contract.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for team support and secreatarial tasks
• Dairy managment, travel logitics and expense, meeting arragement
• Assist in reporting, preparation of pricing and costing reports, document handling, procurement update, company policy update and standard service quality checks
• Perform ad hoc task as assigned by line managers

Requirements:

• 3 years of secretarial experience, site project experience is a must
• Stable work record with sizable companies
• Good team player, good interpersonal skills
• Sound knowledge in computer application such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Solid SAP skills is an advantage
• Good level of English and Cantonese
• Immediately available is an advantage
