Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
  • Handle travel arrangements and logistics for management and staff
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Maintain filing systems and manage office documentation
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders
  • Support event planning and meeting coordination
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed
  • Assist with expense tracking and basic budgeting tasks

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a secretarial or administrative role
  • Strong communication skills in English (Cantonese/Mandarin a plus)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities

  • Experience in supporting senior executives
  • Familiarity with travel and event coordination
